Found this community very helpful today so just joined up. In the midst of my PIP claim, had my telephone assessment on the 5th and got the strange text  saying 'not yet made a decision' that made me look it up online and find this site

I have Haglunds deformity in both ankles and my right knee had its knee cap removed almost 40 years ago, the Haglunds and arthritis in the knee have left me rather struggling with great pain and severe mobility issues along with COPD from a bad case of Pneumonia 5n years ago

Yes, they are excellent, I am on quite strong opioids and have been offered liq Morphine, but trying to hold off from that at the moment I'm slowly going through a number of threads on here, really useful and nice not to feel so alone! I am lucky in that I have some support from friends and family, so cant complain, many worse off than me
