Hi am so stressed with all the changes going on with the benefits system. Soon I will have to move over to UC because I get tax credit for my child who is in full time College I have disability’s. I can’t sleep am also type 1 diabetic so having to miss insulin shots because I can’t eat. The only thing that keeps me going is my children. Why does the government hate people like me. I always worked hard when I was younger paid taxes but I got ill. It’s so distressing

Please take care of yourself, especially with your insulin and eating. I know that's much easier said than done sometimes though! Lots of us are feeling similar things at the moment, so you're not alone, and we're here if you need some people to chat it through with
