Hiyya Im worried for my annual pip review as I’ve never had one before. I got pip last year and this is my first review to see if I’m still entitled.

the letter overall says “we’re writing to let you know when you’re review will be and the process.” Then it just explains the process.

If anyone has had this review could you please share any of the questions they asked as I think it will be over the phone. I just want to prepare myself as I might under pressure say the wrong things etc. I know it won’t be exact but just any help would be appreciated.

Heya @emma2534578 I understand the worry, I was the same when I had mine. But it's nothing to worry about, basically when you get the form, treat it like a new application, dont just write "no change" and you'll be ok. If you're worried about pressure, write all the important stuff down as bullet points, that really helped me.

Hi thank you for replying, the issue is there really hasn’t been any change. My medication the same and how I’m dealing with my personal stuff is the same as well. What should I do if I haven’t improved? I feel like I would just be repeating myself from the first application. Is that alright?

That's totally alright to repeat yourself, that's basically what they're after.  :)

They don't usually send letters like that. For reviews they usually send a shortened version of the PIP2 form known as AR1 which you will need to fill in and return with all your supporting evidence. Reviews usually take place about 8 months before.

They don't usually just ring to ask questions without first sending the form.
