Hello, i had PIP for 3 years and i was awarded enhanced rate on both daily living and mobility. Since then i have gotten worse mentally and physically and neurologically. I recently had my review and the assessor lied on majority of questions. I was also penalised because i wanted to try more independent and move out my parents home. Since i moved out i have had a carer who helps. this decision has effected me dramatically. Has anyone got any advice to how i can challenge them. I can't understand how they can say ive gotten better and ive gone from enhanced to nill.

When you filled out the form you did just put no changes, if nothing had changed? or you did you give as much information as possible?
Your first step will be to request the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR) You should put that in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. Please do not ring them to request it.https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/pip/appeals/mandatory-reconsideration-pip/
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
