pip assessment wait?

I got a text on 4th April from PIP / IAS (independent assessment services) saying they'd contact me if I need an assessment, but I haven't heard anything since and it's making my anxiety sky rocket.
I applied for PIP in 2021 , had a phone assessment and was denied it even after the mandatory reconsideration as I wasn't on medication or in therapy and "sounded fine on the phone". didn't want to go through a tribunal just to prove I'm autistic and have mental health problems.

I applied again in February this year so now I'm just waiting for my assessment. I'm anxious because even though I'm under CMHT, they could still tell me it's not enough. my CPN was the one who filled in my form this time and they've made sure to request my assessment be face to face rather than over the phone. I'm just anxious DWP/PIP will tell me there's not enough evidence despite CMHT sharing some of my notes with them and my CPN having answered the questions...

how long would I have to wait for the assessment

Waiting times vary depending on backlog and each individual case. Some people wait a few weeks after that text and others wait a few months. It's really like asking how long is a piece of string.

If an assessment is needed you will be contacted. Hopefully not too long.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
