Hi everyone 🌷
I have got LCWRA recently ,do I need to inform my employer about it?
Another question :I am on sick leave now after an operation, getting SSP.
For how long can I stay on sick leave before Medical dismissal?

You do not need to inform your employer about your WCA decision.SSP is paid for 28 weeks. What happens after that will depend your employer and/or employment contract. It’s not an easy or straightforward process for medical dismissal.0

Thank you poppy,
I was thinking to stay on sick leave for 6 months while I am on strong medicine prescribed after the operation because it has side effects.I have called ACAS, they advised to look at my company Absent Policy.0
