With my phone call I found her to be very rude but I did get both enhance rates I've heard a lot of stories on here about people not passing I really didn't think that I was going to get it the way she was with her attitude I've found a very rude wanting to go for it quickly never really give me a chance to explain I don't know if it's because all of the evidence that I had that she didn't need much over the phone for her to make a decision but I suppose in one way I've been lucky because I've read some of the stories on here and I think the outcome wasn't very good

Great news. This just goes to prove that you should just assume you'll be refused. To be clear, the assessor doesn't make decisions, they make recommendations. Only a decision maker from DWP can make decisions.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hi @sam3169Q, thanks for sharing your experience! Sorry your assessor was rude, but it sounds like you're hopefully getting the result you need so that's a positive :)
