Carers allowance

hi all, 
 I got standard pip on both components and now as im single with 2 dependents and need really someone to help me about so if  my friend apply for carers allowance for me do I lost my premium disability payment?
what effect on my payment? Thanks

If you're claiming a means tested benefit that includes the Severe disability Premium then you will lose that if someone claims either carers allowance or carers element of Universal Credit for looking after you. SDP is £81.50/week.
