in Start here and say hello!
I repaid my universal credit advance and called for a new one.The guy told me,that the reason i gave them,was already the same reason i gave them back in December and i should call back the next day and give another reason!Why is that matter???

    I'm not entirely sure why you were told to call back the next day, that seems very odd!
