Hi all, 
Ive had a message in my UC journal saying the following:
Following the Work Capability Assessment  on 07/04/2024 I have now received your medical report and would like to talk with you to confirm the information we hold on your Health Conditions. I will ring you on 10/05/2024 between 10.30am and  11.30am. Your phone may show the call as an 0800 or withheld number. If this call time is inconvenient or you would like me to call you on a different number, please leave a message on your journal. Please make every effort to be available for the call as I would like your input prior to making a decision on your capability for work.

Does this mean I won’t be awarded I’m confused.

It means what it says, they have some questions to ask before making a decision. They do sometimes ring before making a decision.
