Remaining politically neutral during General Election 2024

Under guidance from the Electoral Commission and Charity Commission, it's important that Scope remains politically neutral during General Elections.

While we understand that this period will see many passionate discussions and do not want to discourage open discussion, we cannot allow discussions which are purely intended to influence voting.

Hello @nomore Welcome to the Community. I am so sorry you are having such a difficult time at the moment. Would you consider doing a Mandatory Reconsideration to challenge this. You could ask to help with this.
If you need someone to talk to you can call the Samaritans. You do not have to be suicidal to get in touch with them. They will not judge or tell you what to do. You can call them anytime day or night free from any phone.

If you have any questions please ask. Take care.

I'm so sorry you're going through this @nomore. It's completely understandable that you'd feel overwhelmed and frustrated by the process, but please remember that there are people who are willing to help.
We have some useful advice and support pages on our website about Personal Independence Payment (PIP) but you could also call our helpline on 0808 800 3333 or reach out to Citizens Advice? I understand the process can be long and full of hurdles, but organisations like Citizens Advice will be able to offer you free advice and support on navigating the system.

I can certainly appreciate why you might be struggling with your mental health throughout this, but please remember you can talk to your GP or even look at making a self-referral for support with your mental health through your local authority.

I'm going to pop you over an email with some other bits, but if you continue feeling like this, please don't hesitate to give Samaritans a call as Beaver79 recommended, you can call them on 116 123.
