Nothing has changed since last August for those that have LCW or LCWRA.The same applies and if the work you do contradicts the reasons why you were found to have LCW then yes it could go against you at your next review. The 5 weeks wages you mentioned it for those that are paid weekly from their employer. UC entitlement is based on earnings received each month. The more earnings you receive the less UC you’re entitled to. If earnings decrease your UC increases. If people are paid weekly then there will be 4 months a year where they will receive 5 wages per month so for those months your UC would decrease because of more earnings received.
You do have the work allowance as you know so earnings up to that amount are ignored. Anything above that and your UC will decrease by 55p for every £1 of earnings above the WA.If you start another job you must report the changes once you start.0 -
Ok and I was working when I was found to have work capability so iv always been truthful I can work but do trouble as it was somebody from assmeant in 2019 who contacted my nurse at mental heath so iv had a job since 2017 I just always worry at little things as I'm only doing this because I need some weekly income I struggling because all my money is paid monthly wages pip and uc so for two weeks I have nothing I can't budget at all0
