You have been awarded Limited capability for work and work-related activity from the 08/05/24. You must serve a 3 month waiting period from 08/05/24 before you receive the element. 19/05/24 - 18/06/24 19/06/24 - 18/07/24 19/07/24 - 18/08/24 Limited capability for work and work-related activity will be paid in assessment period 19/08/24 - 18/09/24 regards Carys

Hi @Mak197622 and welcome to the community.
UC and LCWRA aren't the easiest to understand. Can I just confirm no fit notes were handed in at all?
There's always a 3 month waiting period with LCWRA, so it's 3 payment cycles, then you start getting LCWRA on the 4th payment cycle.0 -
Hi yeah I was never asked for and never handed in a fit note0

The person on the phone was incorrect you are not owed any LCWRA element. Your waiting period is May to August.. LCWRA starts from 19th August to 18th September and first payment will be 25th September.
I'm confused why you weren't prompted to provide a fit note. When you report a change of circumstances through your journal and report a health condition, it should then prompt an action on your do list and ask you to provide a fit note.0
