Mandatory reconsideration decision-no text

Hi, 
I have been told on the phone that my mandatory reconsideration has been decided upon and that I should wait for the letter in the post. I haven’t received a ‘we have awarded you pip’ text message so does this mean that my mandatory reconsideration has been unsuccessful?

They don't always send you that text. Although the most likely outcome of the MR is the decision doesn't change, 23% of them do and you could still be In the number. Other than that it's impossible to predict way that decision was.
