Hi everyone,
I am looking for advice regarding LCWRA. I am coming up to pension age very soon and wondered will my LCWRA continue with my pension. I understand my Universal credit will stop when I become pension age, but not sure If this changes Into something else or continues.
Thank you for any assistance.

LCWRA is part of UC, it’s not a benefit on its own. If you’re claiming UC with a partner that under state pension age then your UC continues but your state pension will be deducted in full from your UC entitlement.
If it’s a single claim then it will stop once you reach state pension age.
