Hi All,

Recently I've had to apply for help with my energy bills as E-On have decided to increase my monthly bill to £176. I filled out a form with Paylink and they've asked me to call them (another discussion for another day but I tried to get them to contact me by email as I struggle with phone calls but apparently it's completely impossible end of digression) and I'm going to call them this morning. I was just wondering if anybody else had had to do this and what I should expect from the phone call. I struggle with phone calls (alot!) so any insight/support is gratefully received.
