Hi, my name is atdar2005! has anyone recently had received similar text, and what the outcome was?
I am beside myself with worry, I have been waiting since June 2023 for my PIP review to be completed, today I received a text message stating, “We need to call you about your Personal Independence Payment. We will call you today between 09.30 AM and 10.30 AM. Our number may show as unknown or begin with 0800. These times have now passed with NO phone call. I suffer constantly with overall pain and undergoing so much healthwise at the moment, to now receive the above text message has made me cry, worry, shake my anxiety/depression is at an high. I was hoping or wondering if anyone recently had received similar text, and what the outcome was? I am at moment on high daily living and low for mobility, even though everything is far worse than my original claim in 2021. Thank you in anticipation that someone will read my long first post, sorry. Love and light to all 🙏

Hi @atdar2005 and welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear the text has affected you so much, I understand the panic when you're told they'll call and they don't. But please try not to worry about it, it's normal for those texts to appear when you're having a review. It's often just the assessors wanting to clarify information you've given and nothing sinister. Calls not happening at the allotted time are also not unheard of either!1 -
Thank you Albus_Scope for replying, i really appreciate your response. I will try my utmost not to stress 🥹
