Remaining politically neutral during General Election 2024
Under guidance from the Electoral Commission and Charity Commission, it's important that Scope remains politically neutral during General Elections.

Hiya, has anyone ever had their local council do a medical assessment (to assess bedroom need) by using a company called Now Medical? The council pays this company to assess you without speaking to you or your GP.
What I want to know is, has anyone successfully fought a council eviction in court due to discrimination?
I've sent a big folder of evidence to the court to back up what I'm saying.
Thank you so much in advance.
I get Universal Credit LCWRA, PiP standard for both although going through appeal, husband gets carers allowance as cares for me full time, and carers element of Universal Credit. I Also have a blue badge, and a disabled parking bay outside my house.
