Stride is easily replaceable, he's not the problem.
What the DWP is up to matters VERY much!

I agree, the DWP and the Home Office have become laws unto themselves, run by a group of people who don't see the people they deal with as equal human beings. They have their own clear agenda, which seems to include a system rife with bullies, targets and a shocking lack of the desire for a duty of care, either to the public or their staff.
DWP management needs rooting out and replacing, it's rotten to the core.
