Housing in London

Hi,
I got an offer for an apprenticeship in London where I'm currently a student. I'm taking the year out of uni to do the apprenticeship but obviously I can't apply for student maintenance and I'm finding it hard to find a place that I can afford in London that is wheelchair accessible. I was going to apply for social housing but for most boroughs you have to have been a resident for at least three years. I also applied for Habinteg, but the don't seem to have anything avaliable.
Could anyone direct me to any other associations that could be of help.
Thanks

Right to buy and basically building zero social housing.
I'm with Habinteg but had to leave London. I was told unless my parents evicted me. I'd be waiting 40 years. My mum refused to write a letter.
There's various other HA's NewLon (almost got an accessible apartment from them), Peabody, Anglia/Circle (I think) People First
Sorry I can't be of any more help. Can the co/you're employed with /apprenticed to help at all. I don't know the obligations they have..0
