I have a daughter who has learning difficulties, has a lack of awareness, danger and her surroundings and still believes in father Christmas, she's 20, whichever party wins election, could they stop her pip money and try to force her into work, and what vouchers can they give her for her disability, and what happens to the carers allowance her mum gets for her, that part never seemed to get mentioned, I'm unemployed and have been looking for work for a long time, where exactly are these millions of jobs for me and disabled people

PIP has nothing to do with your ability to work. They are just proposals at the moment and nothing more. No one can predict what may or may not happen. At the moment, there's no changes and everything remains as it is.

Hi @eddie1984, welcome to the community. As Poppy says, these are just proposals and nothing is set in stone. It's not easy finding work at the best of times, and I totally understand how frustrating it is to read about the proposed changes when we know so little about what will happen in the future.

It's really difficult to say whether there will be any changes to PIP after the election, but we'll be keeping a close eye on things and we'll keep everyone updated with any new information. 😊 I hope the community can be a place of support for you!
