Could anyone help me?
I rang universal credits yesterday as I’m struggling with my bills with only getting paid one a month so I asked if I could receive two payments each month instead of one it says this in my journal “Alternative payment requested” does anyone know how long this takes to get a decision?

I'm afraid I haven't been through this myself but I'd imagine this varies quite a lot depending on how many other cases they're dealing with in your area.
Hopefully some of our members have been through similar experiences and can give you an idea of how long theirs took, I just wanted to reply so that your post got boosted up and more members can see it. Sorry that I can't offer any better advice myself, but I hope you get it all sorted soon 😊
