Please can you help me
I recently had a health assessment and have been told that I am able to undertake some form of work. Can anyone please tell me what it means?

It means you have been found fit for work. If you disagree you can request the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR) You need to state which group you think you should have been placed into and your reasons why.
Is this for Universal Credit or ESA? If UC do you have access to a journal?

this is for universal credit

May I please know how I can ask them to reconsider? And how do I prove that I belong to a certain group? I currently suffer from anxiety and depression.

You request it on your journal. Or you can write a letter.
If you have any relevant evidence you can send that to support your claim. They very rarely contact anyone for any evidence.
Have you looked at the descriptors to see if any of them apply to you? You can see them here for LCWRA.
LCW is here

I just read the thing you posted. So how do they calculate the points? Will I have another test or is it already done when they did my work assessment?
I am not ready to work at the moment but will be in the future for sure.0 -
Do they expect me to start work right away? I was currently doing a full time bootcamp course in order for me to secure a good work from home job where I would not have to face the world but also be working and earning without my anxiety coming in my way. How do I explain this to them?

For extra money you need to look at the LCWRA descriptors and just one of those needs to apply the majority of the time.
For LCW you need to score at least 15 points.
You’ve already had the work capability assessment and have been found fit for work. This means you will be expected to look for work.
I can’t tell you what you should tell them because I don’t know how your conditions affect you. You are the only person who knows that. Look at the descriptors and see which you think applies and base the MR on that.

I posted the links to both of them above. Just click on each link and you will see them for LCW and LCWRA.

I checked it. I have requested them to reconsider my decision. How long do they take to give me a new decision? Do I need to provide them with anything? I really appreciate your help. Thank you.

Up to 12 weeks for the MR decision. If that doesn’t change you can proceed to Tribunal.

till then will I have to look for work?

Or have meetings with a work coach? Will i still get payments from uc or will they stop till they make a decision?

What is expected of you will depend on your claimant commitments but you may have to look for work and attend work focused interviews.
Your UC will not stop, it will continue as normal.
