hope you can help. I raised an appeal based on a mandatory reconsideration being upheld from April 2023.

I short I received a call Monday gone to say they had reconsidered my original award from June 2022 from standard only to enhanced and low mobility.
I was told the back dated standard mobility would be paid in the next 3-5 days ( off which I have received) however due to a debt marker my backdated standard to enhanced will be passed to be assessed. ( this would be a higher amount based on the difference between standard and enhanced from June 2022 to-date)

Where do I stand and what will happen next and time scales i will be expecting.

That's great news. As the money owed has been sent to debt management, there's no timescales how long it will take to decide whether they will take the money you owe them from what they owe you.

Before my reassessment I contacted debt management around 5 weeks back and advised of low income and that from around 2018 I had been asking for this to be looked into again and requested for this to be reconsidered due to illness and low income and changing in income. I was in short passed from HMRC TO DWP and back and forth. I raised complaints and received confirmation a response was sent but never actually received any letter.
where would i stand and have you any current gov.co.uk policies I can maybe look at.

I have been trying to find some sort of updated regulations that would give further information, however i am not having much luck.
