Hi, my name is Schildpad!
New to this chat.
I had an assessment a few days ago. The person introduced herself by first name. Had a badge a DWP badge one and did say the same. She was typing in the computer and asking questions. Took attention to see my medicines etc..
The issue here is that this person never asked me to do any task. I was sitting down all the time. My issue is physical and mental so I do not understand.
At the end made photocopies of the hospital letters and that was it.
I will not know until the end on the result but I have been before and never passed but this is the first time people pay attention. And I hope the person was listening..... But my experience is that I always failed and then have to go through the process of mandatory reconsideration etc...
Had anyone have similar encounter with an assessor who did the same. Other times they did not care about letters etc...
I dread having to call for a mandatory reconsideration trying to get help on time etc and at the end getting it back. I do not understand what they keep doing it.
