sorry if this has been asked (I don’t take In information too well and struggle with reading information) I get ESA AND in the LCWRA group and also UC so will nothing change for me? With this migration or something? Kind regards

You're ESA is New Style and will remain as that. You won't be invited to migrate to UC because you're already claiming it.
