PIP Tribunal Tomorrow... I Couldn't Give A .....
I been going through the rigmarole for nearly two years of trying to get a full PIP award. From the lies they said about me from the telephone interview. Which was a pathetic. To my MR, which was equally pathetic. And now tomorrow I have to go to Walsall County Court to be humiliated by probably a few glorified clerical assistants.
#Apologies if this seems loaded with Attitude#
I got everything ready from my spare Psychologist Report to the spare copies of photos-photocopies various parts of my body where you can see bruises from falls to disfigured bones due to Arthritis.
Anyhow I intended to spend today Sunday in preparation for tomorrow's meeting. But putting it politely I just cannot be ars3d. I've had help off the CAB with my application form to the MR and now Tribunal. So a lot of efforts from myself to CAB have been made.
Is this normal to feel couldn't give a blah blah blah.
The way I see this is I have given them all the information and the ball is in their court.
My English vocabulary is not good.
So apologies
Thanking you folks

I feel your pain, I had to go through the pip mr process but had my tribunal via video link and I was left to feel humiliated with the panel telling me to get a job !
I was awarded pip though for 3 years at standard rate so the humiliation was worth it
good luck for tomorrow hope all goes well
