Register to vote deadline - 18th June

The deadline for registering to vote is 18th June 11:59pm (that's tomorrow!). It only takes 5 minutes to register online.

The deadline for the postal vote is at 5pm 19th June (Wednesday) if you would like to vote via postal vote, if you think you cannot get to your local polling station that day.

You might also want to apply for a postal vote if you are worried about having the necessary photo ID to vote in person. I don't have a passport or a driving licence or for that matter any of the other stuff.

If you don't and still want to vote in person you can apply for a Voter Authority Certificate

You’ll need to apply by 5pm on 26 June 2024 to get a Voter Authority Certificate for the General Election on 4 July 2024.
