Tribunal Decision
hi all I’ve read on here throughout my pip process but only posting today due to my extreme anxiety about the tribunal.
I had my tribunal hours ago but there isn’t any decision online when I login to the track my appeal website. I know many people find out the same day, I just wondered could this mean they are disagreeing or deliberating over things? Is it likely a more positive sign as otherwise they would just have said no almost straight after?

Hi there @anothernumber and welcome to the community. 😁
I'd try not to worry too much, sometimes things don't update/upload straight away, so it may be up for you to see once it's office hours in the morning. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for that positive outcome though. Will you let us know how you get on please?

thanks Albus. I will check in the morning. I felt they were quite judgmental with some things in the way they phrased things and weren’t very understanding of my reasons for struggling to do something. But then in other areas they seemed to get it.
Going to be difficult to relax and sleep tonight knowing that I still don’t have the result. It’s been a tedious and stressful process. And quite upsetting to be honest. I’ve just had to fight so hard while I’m already unwell. This forum has been helpful

I had my tribunal result, I think, three or four days after the actual tribunal. I can't remember whether they called my advocate or whether we just had a very quick letter. I think the latter but that seems very quick (albeit it was tribunal not DWP sending it).
They didn't do texts and there was no online thing then mind you. But they told me that they needed time to go over all my evidence because my tribunal ended late in the afternoon and they didn't have time then.
The wait is very stressful -.- I totally relate to that. But try not to worry more than you have to. It may well be that they're just processing all your evidence.

still nothing online. Called and they said it doesn’t go online but in the post. But I keep seeing everyone saying it goes online?

If you’ve been able to track your appeal online then yes you should be able to see it once they’ve updated it. If you can see it, this suggests to me that a decision hasn’t been made yet.

thanks, do you think it’s normal for a decision to not be uploaded by the end of the day after the tribunal? Is it a good sign?

It does happen but I wouldn't say it's normal. It doesn't mean anything other than it hasn't been uploaded yet.

Still nothing online, but post came and got a draft decision which refuses my appeal. There are no reasons for this at all on the paperwork. Just says the descriptors I meet (the same as before).
Why does it say draft? Does this mean this isn’t the final decision and they might change it?

I’ve never heard of a “draft decision” from a Tribunal before, sorry. Did you contact them to ask?
