in Start here and say hello!

Hi I'm waiting for a pip renewal form for my son but the problem is he has really bad mental health issues and tears up any letters I've asked for new forms to be sent to my address but still waiting I've downloaded and filled in the ar1 form and it's ready to go but don't know what address to send this to does anyone know please

    You can't download the AR1 form online and use that because each form has a unique number on it, which is different for everyone.     Hi @JohnEdwards12345, welcome to our community 😊 I'm sorry to hear the issues you've been having with applying to PIP. It is as Poppy says, that there are no online forms for PIP and you need to receive the forms via post, fill them out and then return them.

    If your son is ripping up his letters are you able to somehow be with him when post is received to help him through this? Also, it is a big step, but if he is ripping up all his post you may need to consider if he is currently able to handle dealing with own benefits and if a possible appointee may be required until he is in a better place to deal with it himself?
