That would disturb my peace I would be very upset my dad lives in a warden control situation and that happened he was very distressed you done the right thing I suppose from staff point of view they must talk and to the person involved which I'm sure they have amd hopefully she doesn't do this speaking for myself if happened to me It would disturb my peace if its never happened before hope its a one off situation
