Scopes m9nthly figure
Hello everyone...does someone have a link or breakdown please of Scopes figure of extra monthly costs of £975 for a disabled person to have a similar standard of living as any other person...I need it to persuade my dreadful relatives in an I heritance argument to show disability and its costs...they don't believe me soooo.....Thanks

You can read more about the Disability Price Tag report on our website. It shows the methodology, how it was calculated and there's a list of sources and both the technical report and summary report available on that web page too.
Our analysis shows: on average, disabled households (with at least one disabled adult or child) need an additional £975 a month to have the same standard of living as non-disabled households.

Thanks..I know the costs vary..but I have often seen quoted Scopes average figure...I was merely asking to know how this was calculated by...and I thought I'd explain why I needed it..that's all
