I can understand that it must be difficult to find places to talk to other Iranian disabled people in your native language. I found a charity called Pouyesh that have a database of organisations for Iranian people in the UK. Perhaps you could email or phone them to see if there's anything they can help you with.

Unfortunately, we can only speak English on the community, but I hope you can still find some support here 😊

I hope you are feeling better today. I also know about pain and have been treated for chronic pain for 35 years. It is very wearing and debilitating and can lead to emotional and mental problems.
