Appeal bundle
I have my PIP appeal tribunal hearing in a matter of hours, so I do appreciate I'm leaving it very late to get any timely helpful responses to this message!
I made my first claim for PIP in 2019, where I was eventually refused after the appeal tribunal hearing the following year. For this current appeal, the bundle that was sent included everything in the bundle from my first claim/appeal, which to me is very naughty and I certainly believe does NOT work in my favour. My support worker sent an e-mail over to the tribunal service to make the point that everything pertaining to the first claim should be disregarded. This was itself naturally added to the current bundle.
Are the DWP and/or HMCTS playing dirty? Can I expect the request to disregard my first appeal's bundle to be taken seriously?

Hi @jonathan78, welcome to the community. I think we might have missed your hearing by this point, sorry about that if we did! How did it go in the end?
I'm afraid this isn't something I've come across before, but I hope some of our members might have some experiences they can share. I just wanted to say hello and welcome anyway! I hope it all went okay 😊
