PIP review
Hi
I’m worried about my PIP review yesterday morning
I had changed it from a face to face
Brief background on my claim
March 2021 - Claim started
September 2021 - Awarded 3 years February 2024 - 8 points Daily Living
Washing Bathing - Dressing undressing -
Engage with people face to face -
Making budgeting decisions -
June 2023 - Review form arrived
July 2023 - Sent back to DWP - I ticked ‘ No Change ‘ on question that i scored points on in 2021 - As there was no change it may well have deteriorated over time
I was suffering with a chronic episode of my diagnosis on numerous occasions
Due to my ongoing episodes I was suffering both the physical mental
traits to the extent of hallucinations ( Both Audio and Visual ) seizures losing my balance vertigo
All this will be documented in my hospital notes from the hospital - Chapman and Barker Unit
August I was taken hospital via ambulance ( 999 ) call I was after triage moved on to a ward
Then I was transferred by ambulance to Chapman and Barker Unit Manchester for a medical detox as a inpatient
NHS - Diagnosis F10.2 Mental and behaviour disorder due to use of alcohol - Alcohol dependence syndrome confirmed primary diagnosis date ( 27/08/23 )
When I was discharged from hospital I self referred myself back to Achieve ( Greater Manchester Mental Health ) and I’m still under their care
I said I go to Achieve 3/4 times a week which first off it isn’t true and if it was true it as far as I can understand wouldn’t make any difference
As like I do to any appointments being dropped off and picked up - I would see the same person also
It was lady actually who did bring it to my attention to which I saidI was confused and it wasn’t true -
BUT I’m so worried stressed
What should I do please if anything
Obviously the PA4
But do I ring the DWP to explain?
The lady did say 8 weeks I would have to wait -
I did send some other information to the DWP 13/06/24
Diagnosis from the NHS
Also answering the questions I scored points on last time. Also 2 other questions I may score points on all in the daily living category
Also Court summons for council tax
Water bills to show my troubles with budgeting and understanding complex issues
Sorry it’s so long
