PIP Back Pay
I was awarded low rate mobility I got 10 points for planning and following journeys. I also got 2 points for preparing food and 4 points engaging face to face. I just missed out on the daily living my award is from 12/9/2022 to 11/9/2025. My tribunal was 7/6/2024 when will I receive back pay I have only had a letter from tribunal changing decision I scored 0 points on all before tribunal

Will I get pip cost of living payment as I have been awarded for the time daily living payments was made. I also had a random 1p go in my bank my phone woke me up at 1am. I had a different 1p go in bank just before I got lcwra its a uc payment though does pip show different

Heya @salty1212334 Congratulations on winning your appeal! I don't think (I'm not 100% sure though) you'd get the CoL payments, as they'd argue you weren't actually claiming the benefit at the time. Back pay can take a few weeks as they need to calculate everything first, It's usually 4-6 weeks I believe?
Sometimes they'll do a very small transaction, just to make sure the money can get into your account, so that's nothing to worry about there. 😁

No problem @salty1212334 yes they'll send a letter breaking it all down for you. But typically, I've found the payment often drops into my account before the letter arrives. 😆

Up to 8 weeks usually after a Tribunal win. For the cost of living payment you will be entitled to the one from last year, which is £150, this is because you were entitled to a disability benefit on 1st April 2023, although it was awarded later, your claim started from before that date, which means you're entitled to this. It will be paid as a separate payment to your PIP. How long it will take for that, I have no idea.
