hi if I have been awarded LCWRA benefit I already claim universal credit but isn’t enough to cover our bills I’ve applied for my private pension.will I still be entitled to the LCWRA benefit still

LCWRA is part of UC. A weekly/monthly draw down of a pension will reduce your UC £1 for £1 so there’s no financial gain to claiming your pension. For this reason I wouldn’t advise you to do this.
If you take a lump sum it will be treated as capital. Capital of less than £6,000 is ignored for all means tested benefits. For every £250 or part thereof over that amount there’s a £4.35/month deduction for UC.
Whichever you decide to do you must report the changes.
