Assisted/supported living in Northumberland?

hi!
I currently live at home with family, but the environment is incredibly toxic and I don’t think I can stay for much longer.
I’m 22, have ASD & GAD. I don’t think I could live alone as I can’t answer the door, can’t answer the phone, can’t attend phone appointments by myself and I don’t think I’d be able to sleep alone.
Does anyone know if there’s any assisted/supported living facilities in Northumberland for people like me?
Thanks

Hey there @ryantc02 and welcome back to the community. :)
I'm sorry to hear things are getting toxic at home, that cant be easy at all. Have you contacted your local council? I think they'd be the people in the know for that kind of thing. They may also be able to organise a needs assessment for you, so you can receive additional help.0
