PIP and MR, do they call if it’s been rejected.
hey I applied for pip back in December 23, I was scored 0 (I have adhd, anxiety, anemia and stomach condition where I cannot digest food) I was scored 0 because I’m single parent! And I’m able to work, I have to or me and children could not survive. I have raised a MR i received a missed call today from PIP rung them 1hour after and was advised they can’t tell me why I had a call but a decision has been made but can’t tell me because system has not been updated but to call tomorrow! My anxiety is through the roof because I’m thinking would they tell you over the phone if your MR was rejected. I no I can ring tomorrow but it’s making so anxious. Trying to distract myself. If anyone has any advise. Thank you

Sometimes they will ring if they have questions to ask and this can happen whether a decision is in your favour or not. It's not indication really of what the decision could be. It does take up to 24 hours for them to be able to see what that decision is on the system.

this may sound stupid Iv never done this before what kind of questions could they ask even if they have already made a decision rejecting the MR, when I called the number they said I didn’t need to call them I did anyway, they only tried to call me once. Bit unfair to only u give one chance to answer. I will give them another call tomorrow thank you

I'm afraid I can't tell you what questions they may have wanted to ask because everyone's case is different. If successfully awarded they very often send a text message the following morning after a decision is made. (though not always)

Hey there @emilybeauxava I can see Poppy is already helping you out and I don't want to intrude. I just wanted to pop in and say a quick hello and welcome to the community. 😊
