A Winner At PIP Tribunal
Just a quick question please. And it has already been asked but I cannot find the answer.....
After eighteen months of being pushed pillar to post. Lies from the telephone interview. Being refused after M.R., just a quick question please.
And it has already been asked but I cannot find the answer.....
After eighteen months of being pushed pillar to post. Lies from the telephone interview.Being refused after M.R., and having to wait more than eight months for the Tribunal, last week I had my day in Court regarding my claim.
The decision was overturned I wás given full rate Care plus Mobility, backdated to a year last March.
But the best bit of news was when the Judge admitted "they've made a mistake" i haven't had any details of any back pay and I am expecting this to take a while.
Now then...
Will I get the new award on my next payment of PIP, this is to happen in three weeks time, or will there/is there a delay of some sort?
I would like to take this opportunity to thank folks from off this website for the care and guidance that I have received from this brilliant community 🙏

That's great news. It can take up to about 8 weeks to put your new award into payment and pay what is owed. For this reason you may not have the new award amount in your next payment.
