The Capability for Work questionnaire, is hard to fill in, due to invasive thoughts. I try to live in the moment,memories are coming back of being sanctioned before and after being rushed to the RVI, following a seizure caused by autoimmune Encephalitis. I was on the Neurological ward for a month. The day I was sent back home, I went to Jobcentre to let them know what had happened and was told I had to attend an appointment, the following day at TCV. Needless to say I did not go and was sanctioned. The Jobcentre staff and TCV, did not know what encephalitis was. How can they make an assessment on your fitness for work.
