LCWRA
Hello,
I have a question regarding LCWRA payment.
I went for an Assessment on the 13th of June for disability anxiety and depression,
however on the 18th june I received a message on my UC journal stating that I have been found to have LCWRA.
It also stated on the UC letter that my extra LCWRA payment will not include any back payment for relevant period, even though I handed my first sick note on the 20th March until 19th June that I understood.
Now I was expecting to have my LCWRA payment on the same day as my UC pay day, unfortunately i haven't receive LCWRA payment yet, when can I expect the LCWRA payment

The extra money for LCWRA is not paid at all during the relevant period, (waiting period) which is 3 full assessment periods starting from when you first provided your first fit note. It's then paid from the 4th month, with first payment being the end of that month.
What date do you usually receive your money each month?

I receive my UC payment on the 1st of each month,
And which month is the 4th month.

Your waiting period will be March/April, April/May, May/June.. LCWRA starts from assessment period 26th June to 25th July and first payment will be 1st August. No LCWRA element is owed.
You need to make sure you check your next statement to make sure the element is included.
If you or a partner were receiving earnings since you provided your first fit note and you didn't have the work allowance you will be owed some money from that.
Please note, my advice assumes you're not claiming UC with a partner that already receives this element on your claim.

Heya @waladul and welcome to the community.
I can see Poppy has already answered your questions, but I just wanted to pop in and say a quick hello. I hope the LCWRA award will bring you some relief. 😊0
