a BAD experience in Hospital

It is important to speak the same language with doctors, then they usually stop being lazy and doing stupid things. Without walking in their shoes, you won't be able to do this.

I bet that Doctors really look forward to your visits to hospital - so they can discuss your ailments on equal terms with you ?

OK Things have now got really concerning
According to my GP - I was not suffering from heart failure - although some of the symptoms may have suggested otherwise.
And my medical records have been modified in the last two weeks - the page that said "heart failure" has been deleted. Surely this is not allowed ?
