Tribunal yesterday and won!
sorry for the delay in writing, still trying to get my head around it all.
So, tribunal was yesterday and after two years I eventually won, enhanced daily and standard mobility.
It was a very emotionally draining day and one which I wouldn’t ever want to go through again. There was lots of tears but I’m just glad that I won.
The dwp didn’t turn up but they were expected so the judge did write something about that on the court letter which I got an hour later.
The disability judge was quite scary to begin with but the doctor who was there was lovely. The judge was also very nice and when I started to cry she got abit upset too.
For anyone who is currently waiting, please keep fighting all the way. There was many a day I nearly cancelled the appeal as I waited a year for a date to come through. But in the end it was worth it.
