hi

I have a LCRWA review in 2 weeks that I have received for 2 years and I get standard rate pip living and mobility

I have sent bank statements and ID

My ailments are COPD prostate problems PAD and depression

Obviously I am worried about this

What can I expect

Are you 100% certain it’s a review for the Work capability assessment? You don’t need bank statements for this.

Sounds like to me that it’s a review of your whole UC claim to make sure it’s correct. They usually ask for 4 months of bank statements for this. During the phone call then will ask if you have any savings/capital, other income.

They will ask you questions about your circumstances, such as bank accounts, other income, do you have any savings and how much etc etc. They are checking thousands if not millions of people to make sure their claim is correct.
