Council tax support changes monthly

Hi there, was wondering if you could help clear something up for me, so since moving over to UC from WTC, our council tax support seems to work differently.
I'm self-employed, and my income varies monthly. My income for the last assessment period was higher, and the council emailed me to tell me my monthly council tax payments would increase due to a change in my income. And I was supplied with a new council tax bill and new payment plan schedule.
This assessment period my income will be a lot lower, so will they issue a new bill again ? So every month i just keep getting new bills and new payment plans from the council ? 🤔
Many thanks for your help ☺️

All local Authorities have their own rules for CTR so I wouldn't be able to advise with anything other than, it's not unusual for them to base CTR on what your UC award is. As earnings fluctuate, so would your UC. You can of course contact them to ask.
