Really need advice as im moving into a new home and i don't know if my benefits will stop.

Hi, any help will be greatly appreciated. To give context, my mother is selling my gran's house as she has recently passed. My mother wants to sell the house and use the money to buy me a wee flat but it will be in her name, not mine. I've only rented in the past but now I'll be living in a paid-off property which is owned by my mother, of course, I'm deeply grateful for this but I'm worried if not 1 or all my benefits will stop due to this. I'll be moving into the house with my partner who is also my carer and works.
Here are the benefits I receive due to my disability.
-Universal credit which involves, Standard allowance, housing benefits, Carer and Limited capability for work and work-related activity
- Adult Disability Payment
I understand so far that I will lose my housing benefits but as for everything else, will this be effected?
Again thank you for any time and help on this guys I'm unsure what to do.

It will be housing element of UC that you're claiming at the moment and not housing benefit. (unless you're either living in temporary or supported housing) Yes, that will stop. Everything else will continue as normal.
Does your mum claim any means tested benefits herself? If so then this will affect those.
