    do many on here have the ability to cycle ?

    Years and years of cycling... I want to go back there, but I can’t. Sadness.

    I used to do cycle repairs ocashionaly .

    However the town I'm in now has its own cycle shops and recycling centres

    I used to love cycling about, alas my disability now means I cant do it which is a shame. But for those who can, it's a great way of keeping active.

    I wouldn't ride to keep up with modern traffic now .
    But on holiday they have a few 3 wheeled bikes around with a basket .
    I still find up cycling old ones interesting .
