spoken to a decision maker today in relation to a family members claim - and he was lovely, he said 9/10 we do go off there report. as we are not medically trained. they got a paper based assessment and would you believe it …. Wait ….. he was only on Enhanced daily living - now has been awarded enhanced for mobility !!! as following a journey would cause him to much stress / a dog ect ect. full points grants you enhanced ( as the decision maker said ). never give up anyone.

I love reading positive stories but it's rather odd here because you posted a similar story last month.

Good morning @sam7399. It's great to hear your family member was awarded successfully and thank you for sharing that, we don't often hear people's positive stories.

I've had to remove a number of posts from this discussion and have sent you a PM regarding this.

I did read this thread the other day and it was sad to see that @sam7399 felt provoked by Poppy's comment and replied and also then the debate on the thread that followed.

I feel like these spaces should be supportive and helpful for people - especially as potentially new members will read threads before posting and if they think its an unwelcoming space they may decide not to post a new thread asking their question and potentially go without help. This is why I'm glad the moderation took some of the comments off the thread.

I agree Poppy it is nice to see positive stories but I don't understand why you felt the need to point out that Sam had posted a similar story last month and why you thought it was odd?
