Hi, just to say as Poppy123456 says, keep it factual and brief. And if you still don't agree with the decision and have asked for a MR and had that in writing not over the phone, then the process of going to a Tribunal is easier than it sounds.

The forms are online and can be sent to you from the Tribunal service near you, and is like asking for an MR.

The Tribunal Service will not plead your case but are there to give fair play to you, and will assist, as they are not there also to side for the DWP or whoever, and will base their decision on probability.

The decision would look at BOTH SIDES, and if errors are found they will be pointed out.

All we ask for is a fair assessment, good or bad, and that it is not biased.

If you feel you want to go to a Tribunal then there is no shortcut, you have to have an MR and final decision from the DWP/PIP and could ask for that if you like. As its one of the first questions asked.

Q. Have you had a final MR, and what was the date on the letter.

Yep they still won't change if said because I can look after my 11 year old son there's nothing wrong with me so just left it as that.

If this was the MR stage then take it to Tribunal. There's always more chance of success at this stage.

As Poppy says @delizabeth91, MRs are usually not successful, but tribunals are far more likely to be successful. It's your chance to actually speak for yourself directly to the decision makers, a tribunal panel and not the DWP. You can read more about the process here:
